Do you ship internationally?

Eagle 6 Tactical LLC. only does business within the United States of America and will not directly or indirectly export or assist in exporting any product(s) purchased through Eagle 6 Tactical LLC.

Eagle 6 Tactical LLC. has decided to cease all international sales due to credit card fraud and the majority of the products Eagle 6 Tactical LLC. offers, being restricted and prohibited for export by the United States government.

Eagle 6 Tactical is a dealer of Davidson's. Davidson's ships all firearms using FedEx. FedEx will deliver directly to Eagle 6 Tactical or to the FFL of your choosing.

All Shipping information will be delivered in the quote.

No Ammunition orders to AK, HI, GU, VI, PR

What is your returns policy?

For warrantied items, contact the manufacture of the purchased product. If you do not like the the firearm purchased, DO NOT ACCEPT it at transfer. If you do accept the transfer and decide you don't want, the weapon is deemed used and The Sale is Final. For all other product email Sales@Eagle6Tactical.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # within 15 days, There will be a 20% restocking fee.

Do you refund?

We will refund the cost of the product minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Will I be charged for taxes?

The following is the Tax rate for Alabama customers:

Alabama - 4%

Madison County, AL - 4% +1%

Huntsville, AL - 4% + .5% + 4% For a total of 9%

Due to the limitations of this website Alabama Customers will be charged a 9% Sales Tax on all products. Eagle 6 Tactical asks that all customers in Alabama call to order your product so that the correct taxes can be applied. For the rest of the world, there is no Sales Tax charged, however, you should file a Use Tax for all non-taxed internet purchases.
